The Whole Selling Process

From 1 photo to going on sale takes the following 7 steps. If you pay for STEP 4 by credit card, you can move on to STEP 5 (registration) right after payment. Last updated: 2026/10/5.

Make an "Acrylic Stand · 4-Head-Tall" with AI photo conversion

From an upper-body photo, create a 4-head-tall, acrylic-stand-style character. Choose "Acrylic Stand · 4-Head-Tall" in the "AI Photo Conversion" menu and the AI creates the lower body, so even a photo of just your upper body becomes a full-body image for an acrylic stand.

Use "AI Cutout" on the acrylic stand maker site

Load the finished image into the acrylic stand maker page and remove the background with "AI Cutout". The cutout shape becomes the shape of the acrylic stand. Stray hairs and fluffy areas are hard to cut out, so an image with a compact shape turns out cleaner. You can fine-tune it with "Eraser / Restore."

Change the name plate name to your logo

Each acrylic stand sheet includes a name plate (a small plate for a name) in addition to the main body. Replace the date/time text that goes on it (e.g., 2026/10/** · PM 08:00) with your own logo (image). Choose the logo image in the advanced settings for "Name plate name." We recommend a logo image at least 413 pixels wide by 213 pixels tall.

What is on 1 acrylic stand sheet

You cannot use other people's photos, logos, characters or anything else that is protected by rights. Please use only materials you prepared yourself or have permission to use.

Choose Yu-Mail and place your order (pay by credit card and you can register right away)

Once your cutout and logo are ready, place your order. Choose "Yu-Mail" (Japan Post) as the delivery method (free shipping for members; no tracking or compensation coverage). For payment, if you pay by credit card, you can register with JAPANアクスタ right after payment is completed. With bank transfer (prepayment), you can register after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery Methods and Shipping Fees (for reference)

You can register with JAPANアクスタ only your own orders that have been paid for. The same 1 item in 1 order cannot be registered twice.

Register with JAPANアクスタ (short message up to 50 characters, and plenty of social media)

Register from "JAPANアクスタ" in My Page. Fill in the short message up to the full 50 characters and enter as many social media accounts as you can (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LINE, etc.). Adding your nickname, pet name, area and type of shop to the search keywords (up to 10) makes it easier for customers to find you.

Publish after review and start selling (add a sales image photo to introduce it)

After you register, we review your entry, and once it is approved it is published on the category page and becomes available for purchase. Add a sales image photo, such as a photo of you holding the acrylic stand or displaying it, and introduce it on social media together with your public page URL.

How it looks once published

Condition for listing: After your listing is published, please purchase at least 1 of your own listed products (this purchase is not included in your revenue share). Infringement of rights, obscenity, violence, discrimination, impersonation, inappropriate postings involving persons under 18 and similar acts are prohibited under the Terms of Use.

Receive your share of the sales

For items sold, "selling price − our share (production cost of ¥770 (consumption tax included) + 18% of the sales amount)" is your share (the 18% includes credit card fees and bank confirmation fees). Shipping fees are paid by the customer and are not included in your share. Settlement is made monthly by transfer to your registered bank account (we cover the bank transfer fee).

Calculation examples: if you sell 10 items at ¥3,000, that is ¥1,690 × 10 = ¥16,900; 20 items at ¥5,000 is ¥3,330 × 20 = ¥66,600; and 10 items at ¥10,000 is ¥7,430 × 10 = ¥74,300. (Our share = production cost of ¥770 + 18% of the sales amount. The 18% includes credit card fees and bank confirmation fees.)

FAQ

What is JAPANアクスタ?

It is an online shop that gathers acrylic stands of "oshi (your favorite) you can go and meet," such as hostess clubs, host clubs, underground idols and cosplay/anime creators from all over Japan. Sellers can register and sell their own acrylic stands, and customers can buy without registering as a member.

Can I make an acrylic stand even if my photo shows only my upper body?

Yes. If you use "Acrylic Stand · 4-Head-Tall" in "AI Photo Conversion," the AI creates the lower body and turns it into a full-body, 4-head-tall character.

From when can I register with JAPANアクスタ?

Your own orders that have been paid for are eligible. With a credit card you can register right after payment is completed, and with a bank transfer you can register after your payment is confirmed.

Does it cost money to sell?

You pay the cost of making and ordering your own acrylic stand. When items sell, "production cost of ¥770 (consumption tax included) + 18% of the sales amount (including credit card fees and bank confirmation fees)" per 1 item is our share, and the rest is your share. There is no separate fee for registration.

When and how do I receive my sales?

We settle monthly and transfer the amount to your registered bank account. Only sales for which payment has been confirmed are included, and we cover the bank transfer fee.

Who can sell?

Members who are 18 or older and have already ordered and paid for their own acrylic stand. After your listing is published, purchasing at least 1 of your own listed products is a condition for listing.

Are sales guaranteed?

No. The earnings examples are calculation examples and are not a promise of sales. Your actual share depends on the selling price and the number of items sold.
