Shipping
The same as for regular acrylic stand orders. Yu-Mail ¥180 (acrylic only, up to 10 pieces, free for members, no tracking or compensation coverage) / Nekopos ¥280 (up to 10 pieces, tracking and compensation coverage included) / Home delivery ¥660 (not free even for members). Free shipping for members applies to "Yu-Mail" only. Products with a selling price of ¥5,000 or more are home delivery only. For products marked "Store pickup available," you can also choose "Store pickup (delivery to the shop)," which sets the shop as the delivery address (because the item is sent to the shop by home delivery, the home delivery fee applies).

Returns and exchanges
Because these are made-to-order products produced 1 piece at a time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer-convenience reasons. For manufacturing defects, damage in transit and the like, contact us within 8 days of arrival and we will exchange the product for a non-defective one.
