3. Passwords may only be used by the Member and may not be transferred or lent to a third party. Members are responsible for managing their passwords so that they are not known to others. We may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice for system maintenance, when the system is under heavy load, in case of disaster or third-party interference, or for any other unavoidable reason.
We may change or discontinue all or part of the service at our discretion without prior notice.
1. We shall bear no responsibility for damage arising from system interruption, delay, suspension, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by communication line or computer failures, or any other damage to a Member relating to our services.

3. We bear no responsibility for damage arising from a Member's violation of these Terms.

By uploading a photo, you warrant to us that you hold the copyright, ownership, or right of use in that photo, or have clear permission to reproduce and use it for purposes related to this site, and that the photo does not infringe any third party's rights (including privacy and reputation). If this warranty is breached, the Member shall be responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or cost (including attorney's fees) incurred by us.
You may not upload photos or text that violate the law, infringe another's rights, cause another financial or emotional harm, or are obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory. We are not obligated to monitor uploaded data, but we reserve the right to review, refuse to transmit, or refuse to process orders relating to such data where legally required or otherwise necessary.
The modeling for Acrylic Stands and 3D Figures is generated automatically by AI. As a result, the finished product may not fully resemble the person or pet in the uploaded photo, and in some cases may look noticeably different. We do not guarantee the degree of resemblance produced by the AI, and we bear no responsibility for any dissatisfaction or damage arising from this.
Estimated delivery schedules or lead times are approximate only; we do not guarantee delivery within the stated period. All displayed prices are in Japanese Yen and remain valid until changed by us. If a displayed price was incorrect, we will notify you and confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.
You are solely responsible for the transmission and upload of image data and other content. Any loss of your data is your responsibility, and you should keep your own backups. Once you have confirmed your order details on the order confirmation page and finalized the order, the order cannot be cancelled. If we lose a prepaid order and the product cannot be delivered, please contact us within 30 days of the order date; we will refund the order amount.
Other than as stated above, we bear no liability for any loss arising directly or indirectly from the receipt of image data or the provision of products. We do not guarantee that this site will always be available, secure, or error-free.

Once you have confirmed your order details on the order confirmation page and finalized the order, the order cannot be cancelled. We cannot accept returns for reasons of customer preference.
Reproducing or distributing copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder and any individuals depicted is unlawful. If you wish to retain exclusive copyright over your photo, please do not share it.
